Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

These terms govern your use of TradeFlow (the "Service"), a jobsite documentation, checklist, and scheduling application. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts & workspaces
A workspace is created by an Owner. The Owner may invite users and assign roles (Admin, Manager, Standard, Restricted). The Owner is responsible for all activity within their workspace and for the users they add.
2. Subscriptions & billing
- The Service is billed on a per-seat basis at $30 per active user, per month, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- New workspaces may receive a free trial. At trial end, a payment method is required to continue.
- The Owner keeps a payment method on file. Each active user counts as one billable seat.
- Deactivating a user immediately stops billing for that seat on the next billing cycle. Reactivating resumes billing for that seat.
- Charges are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Owner settings → Plans & Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that period ends.
4. Data retention & deletion
- Your data (projects, photos, checklists, customers) belongs to your company.
- If you cancel, we retain your workspace data for 30 days so you can reactivate or export. After 30 days, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- You may request immediate deletion by contacting support.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or use it to store data you are not authorized to hold. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms.
6. Privacy
- We collect account details (name, email, phone), workspace content you create, and basic usage/diagnostic data.
- We use this data to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
- Photos and files are stored securely and are accessible only to members of your workspace.
- We use sub-processors (e.g. Supabase for hosting/storage, Stripe for payments, and an email/SMS provider for notifications) solely to deliver the Service.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodCo Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
